I know what you're thinking... it's time for #3goodthings, right? This week, we wanted to share *why* we do our weekly gratitude callouts - and the answer is neuroscience. Neuroscience has proven that the brain is naturally on the bad, rather than good things that we experience because those are deemed 'more essential' for our future survival. That means we need to consciously refocus our brains to regularly take note of and savour the good things we experience. Which in turn will give us a more positive outlook on life.
