This is my mum. She's one of my favourite people in world and she very recently had a hip replacement. It's an operation that's been coming for sometime, but as I'm sure lots of you will know, it's never easy seeing a loved one undergo major surgery, and the physical trauma and pain that comes with it. The team @PhilWillcox @Ashley Hilton @gabby.williams have blown me away with the support, time and listening space they have unconditionally given me to a) care for my mum as she recuperates and b) process everything that's happened. I don't think I'll ever stop being amazed at how lucky I am to work with a team that genuinely cares, and shows that care in a myriad ways that have an endlessly positive impact on my life.
