Hi all, brainstorming here to ask for help to describe something! I'm writing about the important of getting people interactive in virtual classrooms - so that they learn and for human connection, and also so that facilitators have something to observe and react to (this is digital body language). I have a sort-of-Maslow's hierarchy of needs, showing that in a VILT people need to be: 1) Safe 2) Interactive 3) Engaged 4) Involved 5) Heard It's the heard bit I want to explore. It's not about them speaking, that comes under points 2-4. It's about "being seen and heard" or "appreciated" or "human connection", "connected" or something. I want to replace the word "heard" with something that explains this concept better and I'm hoping someone here understands what I'm trying to achieve and can help, please!? :D
