Our latest research suggests that 2 in 3 of your colleagues have felt stressed by work in the last 4 weeks. It also suggests that 1 in 5 of your team has had their sleep disrupted by work. Whilst no research findings should be generalised, our sample size of 327 respondents offers a rich amount of data to support these findings. With the data also gathered during a period of significant change during the COVID-19 pandemic, these findings also offer a glimpse in to how individual wellbeing may have been impacted during a surge in remote/hybrid working.
