Our #CuratedResource this week is a research paper which assesses how sleep deprivation can impact our emotional empathy. This research provides insight into what role sleep has on our ability to understand the emotions of others and our empathetic ability. At work, having good communication is key, and an important factor in communication is understanding each other's emotions and being able to understand how what you say or how things are said can impact someone else.
