Hi everyone! Happy Monday! It's been a week now since the webinar we did last week on resilience and wellbeing, and I'm super interested to know people's reflections. We spoke about a lot of things, and initially spoke about the importance of recognising the reality of our situations, and in taking time to consider what triggers we are aware of. We had a look at some common tools to do with circles of control and influence, and talking with a trusted friend about what's going on for you. We looked at several tools to use to build our resilience, like #3GoodThings, a Gratitude Visit, and how we look after ourselves with various self-care activities. Phew it was a busy hour! And there was so much rich discussion and thinking happening while the webinar was live.
