We have now uploaded part 2 of last week's #CreatedResource - an emotion based check out. You can find this in our Things to Download folder and these tools are again ranging from less than 5 minutes to less than 15 minutes. These can be used at the end of team meetings to allow individuals to share how they are feeling in a safe way. Sharing how we are feeling and exploring/vocalising why we are feeling a certain way is an effective method to help us move on and avoid suppressing our emotion(s). Both this resource, and last week's check in resource, can be useful ways to help achieve this.
