Today we have uploaded a new #CreatedResource in our Things to Download folder which we hope will bring value to you and your teams. As some of you have highlighted that #EmotionRegulation is an area you want to explore and learn more about, we have put together a series of check in and check out tools which can be used in meetings to allow individuals to share how they are feeling in a safe way. This week's asset provides 6 different check ins - ranging from 5 minutes or less to 15 minutes or less - which you can utilise at the beginning of your meetings. Sharing how we are feeling and exploring/vocalising why we are feeling a certain way is an effective method to help us move on and avoid suppressing our emotion(s). Both this resource, and next week's check out resource (which will be uploaded on Wednesday), can be useful ways to help achieve this.
